Delivery policy
Paintings will normally be dispatched from my studio within 5-10 working days. Please allow 5 - 7 working days on top of the estimate times for delivery.
Your paintings will be delivered to the address you provide on your order.
I will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the package unattended.
Please make sure you check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery and to me promptly,proof of any dameges will be required.
Return Policy
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your order you can return your purchased product. You must inform us of your decision to return your purchase.
Our policy last 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your artwork unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order and it hasn’t left our premises, then we
will need to charge the fee that the Bank/PayPal charge us.
If the order has left the premises, then further charges may apply.
